Welcome to the research page of Michael Weeks. I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Tampa. I recently retired from the Air Force after almost 21 years of service. My previous position was the Deputy for Operations and Assistant Professor for the Department of Management at the U.S. Air Force Academy. My research interests include the effects of information technology outsourcing on business innovation, knowledge management, and the resource-based view of the firm. I completed my doctoral work at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. My doctoral supervisor was David Feeny at Templeton College. My CV is available at the link provided below.
